National COVID-19 Self-Management Service
To support the primary and community care management of COVID, a national service to support people to self-manage has been established. This service uses an updated version of the existing national COVID remote monitoring pathway developed, tested and approved during 2020.
The National COVID-19 Self-Management Service provides resources for the updated COVID pathway for self-monitoring in the community setting.
