Welcome to the NHS Scotland Remote Health Monitoring learning site.

Remote health monitoring is the use of simple digital monitoring technology to enable people more choice and greater flexibility to receive, record and send relevant information about their current health and wellbeing.

The national Remote Health Pathways programmes aim is to provide people with safe and effective solutions for health condition management by working with strategic partners in health and social care partnerships and territorial health boards to help people better understand their conditions and encourage them to take more responsibility for their health and wellbeing.
