This change simplifies the user interaction where multiple user roles are assigned.

We have made it easier for Record managers to view incomplete vaccinations at clinics in their Health Board with the implementation of the 'View Incomplete vaccinations' homepage tile.
Those Record managers with multiple user roles who don't have the 'View Incomplete vaccinations' homepage tile can access the same page via ‘Clinics’ on the navigation header menu.
