Register Patients at a Joint Flu and COVID Clinic

Where a clinic has been set up for the purpose of supporting Flu and COVID-19 then the user will have to select what vaccines the patient will receive on this visit to the clinic.

The option to select which vaccine types the patient will receive will only be available at registration if the clinic has been set up as a clinic that supports different vaccine types.

Today's Vaccination Vaccine Types Flu and COVID

The user would select both Vaccine types in the case of Co-Administration, or just select flu if only flu vaccine to be administered or just select COVID-19 if only a COVID-19 vaccine to be administered.

NOTE: If for any reason a patient is registered only for flu or COVID-19 when the intention was to register for Co-administration of Flu and COVID-19.

The user can either remove the registered patient from the clinic list then re-register them by selecting both vaccine types when re-registering the patient.

Or

the user can register the patient again selecting only the vaccination type that was missing.  This would mean two separate vaccination for each vaccine type would appear on the list on clinic list. The Vaccinator would need to be made aware of this.

Co-Administration - Screening and Consent
