Clinic Statistics
The Record Manager can now view clinic statistics for Completed Vaccinations, Administered Vaccinations and Incomplete Vaccinations for the clinics in their health board.
This can be accessed either by clicking ‘View Clinic Statistics’ on the homepage tile,
Or by selecting ‘Clinic Statistics’ from the navigation menu.
View Clinic List
From the Incomplete Vaccination table, the Record Manager has the option to view the incomplete records at the clinic by clicking on ‘View Clinic List’
This can also be accessed from the Record Management Homepage by clicking on ‘View Clinic List’
Capture the reason for removing a registered patient from the clinic list
A Registrant or Vaccinator user must now select the reason (Did Not Attend, Duplicate Registration or Other) for removing a registered patient from the clinic list.
Increased period for Record Manager to revise or delete a Vaccination Record
The period a record manager can revise or delete records has been extended from 26 weeks to 78 weeks.
