This resource is designed to support IMG doctors, along with their Trainers, Supervisors, Employers and Managers.
The IMG Hub brings together key national resources and highlights Board-specific materials, induction programmes, and ongoing support. It also provides direct access to resources from partner organisations such as the General Medical Council (GMC), medical defence unions, and Royal Colleges—ensuring IMG colleagues can easily find the support they need to thrive in Scotland.
This information is intended for doctors in specialty training, as well as those in locally employed roles such as Clinical Fellows, SAS doctors, Consultants, and GPs. By bringing together IMG support resources from a wide range of organisations into one central location, we aim to foster the sharing of good practice, enabling a culture of continuous improvement, and promote consistent, high-quality support across Scotland.
