Are you interested in learning and teaching in dentistry?
A training course aimed at clinicians who are looking to support the vocational training and development of Scotland’s newly qualified dentists.
Many are extremely anxious about beginning to work within the NHS, and trainers have a crucial role to provide mentoring throughout the first year. That said, we’re dentists and don’t generally have any expertise in educational theory or practice.
NHS Education for Scotland are proud to deliver this train the trainer course.
START will provide you with the knowledge and tools to support vocational trainee (VT) dentists in their first year after graduation.
