The Quality Improvement Zone (QI Zone) is a learning and resource site from the NHS Education for Scotland Quality Improvement team which provides information and resources to support people with experience at all levels of quality improvement to develop their knowledge.
The team provide learning, development and networking opportunities to build skills, knowledge and confidence, enabling the public and 3rd sector to use QI methodology to deliver better services, care and outcomes for the people of Scotland.
See Programme pages for individual course updates.
Watch the animation below for an introduction to the QI Zone.
This Improvement Journey shows the stages of an improvement initiative or project. In reality, your journey is unlikely to be linear. You will move back as well as forward, and will likely need to work on different aspects at the same time and throughout your project.
