The QI learner pathways have been designed to offer flexible learning for people working in public services, including health and social care, education, and beyond. 

The pathways currently available are Kickstart QI and QI Essentials, which consist of eLearning modules only. Practical QI and Managing QI, available later this year, will include both eLearning modules and facilitated online sessions.

Kickstart QI is a single eLearning module open to anyone with a Turas account

QI Essentials

Aim 

The purpose of QI Essentials is to provide knowledge of core quality improvement methods and tools

Audience

Anyone who is involved in change and improvement activity in the workplace

Structure

Four eLearning modules open to anyone with a Turas account:

1. Understanding systems

2. Developing aims and change theory

3. Data and measurement

4. Testing and implementation

Practical QI

Aim 

The purpose of Practical QI is to provide the opportunity to practise using QI tools, frameworks and methodologies in the workplace

Anyone who wants to gain practical experience of QI methodologies
