Kickstart QI is a single eLearning module open to anyone with a Turas account

QI Essentials

Aim 

The purpose of QI Essentials is to provide knowledge of core quality improvement methods and tools

Audience

Anyone who is involved in change and improvement activity in the workplace

Structure

Four eLearning modules open to anyone with a Turas account:

1. Understanding systems

2. Developing aims and change theory

3. Data and measurement

4. Testing and implementation

Practical QI

Aim 

The purpose of Practical QI is to provide the opportunity to practise using QI tools, frameworks and methodologies in the workplace

Audience

Anyone who wants to gain practical experience of QI methodologies

Structure

A blended pathway of eLearning and facilitated sessions

Managing QI

Aim 

The purpose of Managing QI is to enable managers and team leaders to create and sustain the conditions for improvement

Audience

Managers and team leaders who have a role in managing change and improvement
