Become a DLP Peer Support Group Facilitator

This opportunity provides a practical look into the world of digital innovation, giving you direct exposure to projects led by aspiring digital leaders. You’ll learn about the real challenges of implementation and support participants navigate them with confidence.
Plus, you'll sharpen your facilitation skills by leading and energising group discussions - an experience that will boost your leadership and collaboration toolkit.

This opportunity involves you guiding the discussion for small groups (maximum of 8) on the Digital Health and Care Leadership Programme. Your role is to ensure everyone has a chance to speak, encouraging the exchange of ideas and offering your own expertise, knowledge and contacts where appropriate. This also gives you the opportunity to hear about new digital projects, make connections and understand challenges across the sector.

Participate in a project planning session for DLP participants
Join us as a guest speaker in an upcoming Q&A session for new Digital Health and Care Leadership Programme participants!
This is your chance to share your journey, insights, and lessons learned from your own experience on the programme. By reflecting on your approach and the challenges you overcame, you’ll help inspire and guide the next cohort as they embark on their own digital leadership journey.
Your contribution will offer invaluable real-world perspective and practical advice and you’ll be playing a key role in shaping future digital leaders.

This opportunity lets you play a pivotal role in identifying and supporting future leaders as they apply for and participate in the Digital Health and Care Leadership Programme. You’ll help them shape impactful projects, connect with the right people, and navigate the journey from idea to implementation.
It’s a chance to influence real change, build a stronger digital culture, and empower others to thrive, all while growing your own leadership and mentoring skills along the way.

This involves you identifying individuals in your organisation and supporting them through the application process of the DLP and/or supporting them whilst they are participating in the programme. This could include helping them to identify a project, connect with relevant people in the organisation and supporting the implementation of their project.

Delivering the Digital Mindset Session is a powerful opportunity to spark change and inspire innovation across your team. By helping colleagues reframe how they approach challenges and opportunities through a digital lens, you’ll demystify the concept of a digital mindset and empower others to think creatively and embrace transformation.
As the facilitator, you’ll not only strengthen your own leadership and communication skills, you’ll also position yourself as a key driver of digital culture, influence strategic thinking, and build visibility as a change-maker within your organisation.
