The Digital Leadership Pathway consists of four pathway levels; Explore, Embed, Drive and Shape. Each pathway level has a number of steps which contain links to resources and suggested activities to help you build the skills and confidence needed to be a Digital Leader.

Choose a pathway level to get started...
The Explore pathway is for everyone working in health and social care, irrespective of role. This pathway introduces the fundamental concepts of digital leadership and empowers you with the core skills and knowledge to grow as an influential digital leader.
The Embed pathway is for anyone who is responsible for managing or supporting others (e.g. supervisors, team leaders, first level managers), or anyone aspiring to develop their knowledge beyond the Explore pathway. This pathway explores how you can take the next steps in your digital leadership journey and start to influence change in your organisation.
The Drive pathway is for anyone involved in leading and influencing change across services and organisations (e.g. senior managers, service or programme leads). By developing the content in Embed, this pathway highlights learning opportunities to enable you to lead with a digital mindset and drive transformation across the sector.
The Shape pathway is tailored for those making strategic decisions or leading organisations at local, regional, or national levels, whether you are a policy-maker, board-level leader, chief executive, business owner, or director. This pathway offers learning resources to empower you to lead with impact and clarity in the digital age.
