This Digital Mindset Session for Senior Leaders is designed for directors, associate directors, heads of service, service managers and equivalent roles across health and social care organisations (including social work, housing, charities and the third sector).
We live in a world where data and digital technologies are transforming every element of our nation and our lives. Part 1 (45 minutes) is an introduction to what it means to be a leader in the digital age. This session will build on the concepts covered in Part 1, exploring in more depth digital as a way of thinking and working and how this fits with your role as an agent for change. During the session you will be immersed into the language of service design so that you can better understand how this underpins all digital ways of working.

The cost per participant place is £150 however this is fully funded by Scottish Government and COSLA. There is therefore no cost to participants or their organisations.
For cancellations received less than 72 hours before the session start time, NES reserves the right to reclaim the full fee from yourself or your organisation.
