This is a dedicated resource developed by the Centre for Workforce Supply (CWS) and the Medical Directorate within Public Services Delivery Scotland, formerly NHS Education for Scotland. It brings together resources under a cohesive identity, which showcases the rewarding, inclusive, flexible, and supportive career pathways for general practitioners in Scotland.

This centre has been designed to provide signposting to resources, guidance, and examples of good practice relating to the supply, recruitment, retention, and sustainability of the general practice workforce in Scotland. These can be used to support GPs, GP practice managers/partners, supervisors/managers, and Health Board Primary Care teams.
