New Horizons uses a blended approach to learning with work required before & after each learning day.  Participants will also be expected to apply their learning in the workplace between the sessions and commit to sharing their own reflections and learning with cohort colleagues.

Under each Module heading you will find guidance outlining the required supporting work for each module (to be completed before and after each learning day) along with materials and resources required.  There are also further optional resources which may be of interest to support your learning.  To achieve the stated learning outcomes for each module you will need to complete the require work before and after the learning modules as well as implementing your learning in your workplace.

After each learning day you will be asked for feedback.  We highly appreciate your thoughts and suggestions to help us continually improve the New Horizons learning days and overall programme, and to evaluate any impact it may have on you, your team and your organisation.
