Leadership and Management Programmes

New Horizons uses a blended approach to learning with work required before and after each learning day.  While all learners are different you should expect to spend around 8 hours per month on this (in addition to the learning days).

New Horizons includes 8 learning days – content for each module is currently being updated for the 2026-27 cohort and will be updated in advance of each module:

All sessions will be held via Microsoft Teams.

Participants will be expected to apply their learning in the workplace between the sessions and commit to sharing their own reflections and learning with cohort colleagues.
