  • Find out if your organisation has a digital strategy. 
  • Speak to your line manager to ask about any digital changes already happening or planned for your team.

  • Familiarise yourself with your organisation's digital strategy. If your organisation doesn't have one, speak to senior leaders about this opportunity.
  • Get involved with any digital changes happening within your team or organisation. What can you do to support these and build enthusiasm amongst colleagues?
