Clinical Skills Managed Educational Network

This virtual session aims to improve trainees' non-technical and communication skills as part of a trainee-led virtual MDT. Trainees are invited to present their own complex, controversial or interesting cases.

Course description: Join the Associate Postgraduate Dean for vascular and cardiothoracic simulated training for an arterial anastomosis workshop. Feedback from previous courses has been excellent. This workshop will be tailored around the needs of the specific trainees attending and can be as complex as required. We will cover simple end-end and end-side anastomosis, as well as graft trimming, pledgeting, parachuting and deep cavity anastomosis. 

Cost: Free to vasc and CTS trainees.
