Medical simulation training zone
At Clinical Skills Managed Education Network (CSMEN) we are developing a simulation-based educational development programme for medical training programmes across Scotland.
Aims:
- An improved balance between service delivery and training
- An improved relationship with professionalised trainers
- Integrated use of simulation as an adjunct to clinical apprenticeship
