On completion of the programme participants will be able to:
demonstrate skills required in the delivery of physical, psychological and emotional care of a patient
demonstrate effective non-technical skills within designated tier role (including clinical decision-making skills utilising checklists, clinical guidelines and standard operating procedures appropriate to your designated Tier role and prior experience
demonstrate appropriate communication and team working skills (within a designated Tier role)
demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the processes related to the safe transfer and management of a patient in relation to moving and handling within the NHS Louisa Jordan using formative practice with immediate feedback
