Sharon is a Principal Lead with NHS Education for Scotland. She is an experienced organisational development practitioner and a Fellow of the CIPD. Sharon is a qualified executive coach and dialogue practitioner. Her practice model incorporates dialogue in the design and delivery of tailored leadership interventions to support executive teams improve performance.
