What is OD Matters?

OD Matters is an educational initiative designed to support the work and skills development of those with an active interest in change and improvement, and those in Organisational Development roles.

It is being developed to provide:

  • Clarity about the knowledge, skills and personal attributes that help managers and OD professionals support positive, relational approaches to change.
  • Access to useful tools and learning resources that will help with this work, including case studies from practitioners in the field.
  • A place for partners in change across health, care and wider public services to connect and learn together about helping to enable positive change.

OD is an ongoing process, not a standalone action or intervention. Download our OD Matters Guide to find out more.
