Consulting approaches and processes - range of consulting styles, able to work with emergent change, work with contradiction and ambiguity.
Conduct re-structure of an organisation - the process for organisations to organise or redesign the systems, process and roles they undertake and which meet strategic objectives.
Transformational change - change that goes beyond the altering of structure and process and may completely alter the operating environment.
Improvement strategies - the vision and goals which lead to defining the steps which will improve organisational processes and lead to organisational behaviour that delivered sustainable improvements to performance.

Effective facilitation of large, multi-disciplinary/multi-agency groups with complex and competing agendas - The process and approach to guiding groups in meetings, planning, learning, and to help them function more effectively taking into account the multi-dimensional nature of the group and awareness of group dynamics. The facilitator requires a greater range of expertise in managing challenges, resistance and disruption.
Change across organisational and system boundaries - Managing change across functional and organisational systems (e.g. multi departments/organisations).
Demonstrate impact and effectiveness of your practice - seek feedback on own performance through multiple methods and use reflective practice to identify effectiveness of practice.
Horizon scan and future proof - an approach to identify emerging trends and opportunities. Exploring what is likely to happen in the future – including areas of uncertainty, opportunity and challenges.
