RRHEAL VC Education Network session on 7 May 2015. The research was commissioned by NHS Education for Scotland (NES), on behalf of NES, the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC), NHS24 and the Scottish Centre for Telehealth and Telecare (SCTT). It provides an analysis of how current staff utilise technology, technology skills and support in using technology across Scotland’s health and social services. It provides a baseline against which progress in developing technology enabled learning, and the use of technology to support improvement and transformation in health and social care services, can be measured.
