By July 2026, Dingwall Medical Group will implement MedLink
and begin evaluating whether the tool eliminates (100%
reduction) manual searches and sending letters/ text messages
for diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and chronic respiratory
disease long term condition reviews, whilst maintaining timely
patient invites (all patients invited in their birthday month), and a
reliable system for clinicians to conduct reviews.
