To implement a partial roll‑out of HePMA within the FVRH Emergency Department (ED) for patients who remain in ED longer than four hours and are awaiting downstream admission. The aim is to improve the accuracy, safety, and timeliness of medicines management by transitioning suitable patients from paper‑based prescribing to HePMA.
