By October 2026, at least 80% of secondary care pain clinicians who have referred to the Scottish National Pain Management Programme using the webropol form, will report that the webropol referral form is faster than the PDF referral form, measured via referrer survey, aligning with the NHS GGC Digital Health and Care Strategy.
