To design, pilot, and evaluate a digital skills-matching tool by March 2027 that enables a test group of ex-military personnel to input their existing qualifications, experience, and transferable skills and receive a tailored list of suitable job roles within NHS Scotland, with the aim of increasing awareness of their alignment to NHS career opportunities and ultimately improving successful recruitment of veterans into NHS Scotland roles by 10% within 12 months of pilot launch.
