To ensure that at least 95% of critical patient downtime data (including prescriptions, consultations, and other aspects of migration such as EMIS Access and tasks) is accurately captured and accessible during EMIS → Vision migration for all affected practices by 2027, reducing manual workload and supporting continuity of care through automated reporting tools.
