To reduce the turnaround time (TAT) for faecal elastase requests sent from North Glasgow Biochemistry to the Royal Victoria Infirmary (RVI) Newcastle by 30% and to decrease paper usage in the process by 40% by May 2026. This aligns with the NHSGGC Sustainability & Value (S&V) programme and addresses risk associated with manual transcription.
