To introduce a structured inpatient specialty referral workflow in TrakCare for the initial medical inpatient pilot, so that referrals are submitted, triaged and responded to through a single time-stamped route; improving visibility of request status, reducing duplicate/chasing activity, and strengthening the audit trail while monitoring safety and workload impact.
