Adult Support and Protection webinar
The Adult Support and Protection (Scotland) Act 2007 provides a legal framework to protect vulnerable adults (16+) at risk of harm (physical, financial, sexual, psychological, neglect) who cannot safeguard themselves due to disability, mental health issues, or infirmity.
