For patient-reported symptoms to be of meaningful statistical value, our aim is: increase the level of completion of symptom-reporting online forms by CARI patients. our target is: increase completion from 10% to 30%+ of CARI patients our objective is: to scope the potential for using mobile phone texts (SMS) to contact patients with a link to allow them to complete the form directly on their phones.
