By October 2025, NHS Tayside will implement the Netcall Patient Hub digital waiting list validation module across Urology and Dermatology elective and outpatient waiting lists for patients waiting 52 weeks or more, achieving ≥70% digital patient engagement. The project aims to improve waiting list accuracy, reduce administrative burden, and support timely access to care.
