By April 2026, the Community Physiotherapy waiting list will be segmented by sub-specialty within each specific locality. This transformation will eliminate the reliance on spreadsheets, thereby reducing duplication of administrative tasks and freeing up more time for clinical work, ultimately enhancing service efficiency and patient care. In addition, staff will be required to book all appointments on TRAK prior to attending, ensuring improved scheduling efficiency and better use of clinical resources.
