By February 2026, clinicians and nurses in the Emergency Department at Forth Valley Royal Hospital will use the Hospital Electronic Prescribing and Medicines Administration system (HePMA) for all patients who have been waiting over four hours for treatment or for transfer to a downstream ward, ensuring the safe and effective prescribing and management of medication.
