Provide a method of recording our running notes for the people we support in a way that can be easily shared with external stakeholders that is secure and easy to use. To stay in line with other digital progression within Enable Cares, ideally this would be in the form of an App that will be accessed via the Personal Assistants work mobile phones. We would like to have this rolled out to all areas by the end of 2025.
