The Public Health Senior Charge Nurses (SCNs) will develop a digital huddle feedback form by the 30th June 2025 for Health Visiting and School Nursing teams to use at their weekly huddles. The digital huddle will enable teams to complete and return their huddles to SCNs with an increased consistency and 50% quicker huddle time than current huddle formats.
