NHS Education for Scotland has an inclusive culture and we want to continue to build on open conversations about wellbeing. The Wellbeing Hub provides practical tools and top tips around the four pillars of wellbeing in our organisation: healthy work, healthy mind, healthy life, and healthy body.

If you feel you require wellbeing support in the workplace we would urge you to speak to your line manager or someone who can support you.

Everybody, wherever they work or provide support, can contribute to improving mental health and preventing self-harm and suicide. To do so effectively, people need knowledge and skills and that’s where learning, education, and training come in.

NES has created a great starting point to explore the Knowledge and Skills Network and how this connects with your role.

This section will give you resources, overview and understanding to help support the learning needs of the Scottish workforce.  Build the ability for you to support yourself and others.
