Capstone Project
This final year is all about tackling real-world challenges in health and social care through an in-depth academic assignment, the Capstone Project. Participants apply the knowledge and skills gained throughout the programme to address a problem of strategic importance within their organisations digital maturity assessment.
It's a chance to demonstrate leadership, drive meaningful change, and show readiness to lead digital transformation in complex, real-life settings.
