Improve the efficiency of the East & Midlothian paediatric physiotherapy assessment clinic by introducing a virtual platform (Vcreate) to complete assessments over a 12 month period. Success will be measured by 10% improvement in user satisfaction reported by both staff and service users compared to previous data.
