My aim was to improve the monthly report submission process for the Scottish Quality & Safety Fellowship programme, using an online system to create a more efficient process. The goal was to reduce the prior email and spreadsheet-based process by five or six steps, reducing admin time and the possibility of user error. The change would involve myself, one other colleague on my team and the participants on the current SQSF cohort as a test of change.
