By May 2025, I aim to standardise the NHS Highland Primary Care Mental Health Team (NHSH PCMHT) Routine Outcome Monitoring (ROM) data collection form. This will improve user functionality and streamline the process of collecting key data, thereby reducing the time administrators spend manually transferring information from Microsoft Forms to Microsoft Excel spreadsheets.
