Improve the Clinical Safety Case Hazard Log so that it is easier to manage and develop for the National Clinical Safety Assurance Service (NCSAS) staff and for the commissioning programme who will own the hazard log during the lifespan of the digital solution. The improved hazard log should enable hazards, causes and controls to be populated with appropriate mapping within a period of 1-2 weeks.
