The aim of this project is that by the end of March 2025 the Podiatry Service will create a data set for Podiatry inpatient ward activity across Greater Glasgow and Clyde (GGC).
By adapting the Trakcare referral requirements to assist in vetting, which in turn creates an appropriate data set. This data is comparable with and transferable to others on MicroStrategy digital dashboard.
This will allow the management team to monitor key targets such as 48 hour access, proactively and reactively deploying staff members to meet referral demands and increasing capacity.
