By June 2025, we will aim to reduce the amount of time spent on administration by Intermediate Care staff who regularly work outside of regular working hours by 20%. We will do this by adopting the dictation of notes using Dragon software and at the same time compare it with MS Teams Voice Recognition which is already widely available.
