This stage helps you and your team to focus on your contributions, and to gather and analyse the data you need

The aim of the AHP Skills Maximisation is to take participants on a service improvement journey. As a team member your exploration of these resources will prompt your thinking and thereby prepare you to participate in team workshop activities.
