Introduction and purpose

This site aims to support leaders and teams in workforce planning and transformation by helping you maximise the contribution of AHPs, multidisciplinary teams and services, through effective workforce planning and transformation.

understand data, how to access and use data, and take a data informed approach to workforce planning and transformation
address workforce and service challenges in your board/area/service/team (e.g. demand versus capacity) to enable safer, efficient and future-ready services
access resources (e.g. webinars, tools and templates) to support and facilitate workforce planning and transformation to help address workforce and service challenges
Who is site this for?
  • Allied Health Professionals (AHPs) are the primary audience for this site.
  • Nurses, Midwives and other professionals may also find this site useful.
  • Leaders to drive workforce planning and transformation
  • Team members to understand and support workforce initiatives
