Using the hub

The resources in the hub are designed to help you progress your personal development. We have focused on the appraisal process as a way of linking all the resources you might need to support your development journey.

The resources have been grouped by audience:

  • Individual perspective – someone undertaking personal development
  • Supporting others perspective – line manager/supervisor facilitating

There is a glossary available where you can find helpful descriptions of the main terms used within the resource. This might be a good place to start.
