Future Nurse and Health Elementary
Following recommendations from the Nursing and Midwifery Taskforce, we are working with colleagues in the Centre for Workforce Supply to re-launch the Future Nurse programme. This initiative, started as a pilot in 2019 and involved Nursing staff visiting Primary Schools to provide fun, hands-on sessions to raise awareness of Nursing. We are re-launching the programme under a new name, to extend the potential coverage to a wider range of health careers.
