Are you returning to paediatric clinical work after a period of leave?
Join us on a free 1 day course to refresh your knowledge and skills
Sessions include:
General paediatric and neonatal clinical updates, personal experiences of returning to work, logistical challenges of returning to work, tips to ease the transition and supports available simulation scenarios.
The course offers tutorials focussing on recent updates to clinical practice, managing well being when returning to work and practical aspects of the transition.
Simulation scenarios in both neonatal and general paediatric areas are offered and debriefed by experienced simulation faculty.
Peer support is developed through small group work, and by attendance at the session. Attendees will leave the course with additional resources to utilise as they prepare.
